目的了解抗生素的药理学特点,掌握适应证,使抗生素发挥预防和治疗感染性疾病的作用。方法分析抗生素临床常见的不合理使用现状,提出解决对策。结果抗生素在临床中使用频率高,疗程长,无指证用药导致多种药源性疾病,应合理使用抗生素。结论通过严格执行抗生素分级管理制度,加强抗生素使用管理,使抗生素的使用率和使用强度控制在合理范围。
Objective To understand the pharmacological characteristics of antibiotics, to master indications so that antibiotics play a role in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. Methods Analyze the common situation of unreasonable use of antibiotics and put forward the countermeasures. Results Antibiotics in clinical use of high frequency, long course of treatment, drug-free lead to a variety of drug-induced diseases, should be rational use of antibiotics. Conclusion By strictly implementing the antibiotic classification management system and strengthening the administration of antibiotic use, the utilization rate and intensity of antibiotics are controlled within a reasonable range.
