分子内及分子间激发态的相互作用是当前光化学和光物理的关键主题。已报道的分子内及分子间激基缔合物的荧光发射均为无结构的宽峰。这种缺乏振动结构的现象是由于激基缔合物态的相对短的寿命和振动的不稳定特征。 1,3-二(α-萘基)丙烷(1)的荧光谱除了337nm的单体发射外,在420nm有一激基缔合物的无结构宽带。其激基缔合物荧光峰和单体荧光峰的位置和相对强度比I_D/I_m对环境敏感,已被广泛用作荧光探针以研究环境效应。本文报道在甲醇-水二元溶剂中RNA及各碱基诱导1的激基缔合物荧光峰产生振动结构以α-,β-环糊精(α-CD,β-CD)对此的微环境效应。
The intramolecular and intermolecular excited state interactions are the key topics of current photochemistry and photophysics. It has been reported that the fluorescence emission of intramolecular and intermolecular exciplexes are broad without structure. This lack of vibrational structure is due to the relatively short lifetime of the excimer state and the vibrational instability. Fluorescence spectrum of 1,3-bis (α-naphthyl) propane (1) has an unstructured broad band of excimer at 420 nm in addition to 337 nm of monomer emission. Its excimer fluorescence peak and monomer fluorescence peak position and the relative intensity ratio I_D / I_m sensitive to the environment, has been widely used as a fluorescent probe to study the environmental effects. In this paper, we report that the vibrational structure of the fluorescence peak of excimer-1 induced by RNA and each base in methanol-water binary solvent is related to the micro structure of α-, β- cyclodextrin (α-CD, β-CD) Environmental effects.
