相比于传统金属材料,复合材料在飞机结构上的大量使用不仅给飞机设计和制造带来了挑战,也给飞机的适航取证带来了诸多难题。从运输类飞机复合材料结构五个重点适航专用条件入手,对相关专用条件建立的原因、要求以及符合性验证的要点进行应用研究。本文的研究工作可为未来国产复合材料飞机适航审定和进口复合材料航空器型号认可提供参考和借鉴。
Compared with traditional metal materials, the extensive use of composite materials in aircraft structures not only poses challenges to the design and manufacture of aircraft, but also poses many problems for airworthiness certification of aircraft. Starting from the five key airworthiness conditions for the transport aircraft composite structure, the application and research are made on the reasons and requirements for the establishment of the relevant special conditions as well as the points of compliance verification. The research work in this paper can provide reference and reference for the approval of domestic composite aircraft airworthiness certification and the approval of imported composite aircraft models.
