患儿××,11岁,于1980年因阴茎睾丸短小多次在省市医院检查,曾用绒毛膜激素治疗30天。三年来,患儿体型发胖,体重由32公斤增至40公斤,腰围由55厘米增至70厘米,臀围由70厘米增至84厘米。初诊:1983年3月5日。患儿身高1.50米,体重40公斤,阴茎长15毫米,直径12毫米,睾丸如黄豆大小。其母代诉:患儿长期盗汗,经常遗尿,睡觉怕冷,暖热后又感烦热,乏困。每天吃1.2斤,小便浑浊。舌质红,苔少,脉细数。细辨似属阴虚火旺,肾气不固。
The patient, X, was 11 years old. He was examined in provincial and municipal hospitals for several times because of short penis testis in 1980. He had treated with chorionic hormone for 30 days. Over the past three years, the children had grown fat, weighed from 32 kg to 40 kg, waist circumference increased from 55 cm to 70 cm, and hip circumference increased from 70 cm to 84 cm. First visit: March 5, 1983. The child was 1.50 meters tall and weighed 40 kg. The penis was 15 mm long and 12 mm in diameter. The size of the testicles was soybeans. The mother of the v. v.: children with long-term night sweats, frequent enuresis, sleep cold, warm and tired after the heat, lack of sleep. Eat 1.2 pounds a day, urine turbid. Red tongue, less moss, pulse breakdown. The fine distinction seems to be a yin deficiency and fire, and kidney qi is not solid.
