Dear Delegates, Comrades: With the approval of the provincial government, today the Provincial Department of Personnel and the Provincial Archives jointly hold the honor of the advanced collectives and advanced workers in the province’s file system and are entrusted by the Ministry of Personnel and the National Archives to our province The Ministry of Personnel and the National Archives commended the national file system model workers, advanced collectives and advanced workers awarded trophies, medals and certificates.
