本实验制备的大孔吸附树脂主要以己二酰氯等为原料,以一定比例的吡啶与1,4-二氧六环的混合溶液为复合氧化剂,在纤维素的均相溶液中,加入一定比例的环己烷与石蜡的混合溶液为致孔剂聚合而成。其中,纤维素为聚合单体,己二酰氯为交联剂,它们互相交联聚合形成了大孔吸附树脂的多孔骨架结构,是一类含离子交换基团的交联聚合物。合成的大孔树脂利用傅利叶红外光谱仪进行基团表征,用扫描电子显微镜进行树脂成孔表征,结果显示合成了新型大孔树脂。以芦丁为吸附质探讨了合成的大孔树脂对苷类物质的吸附性能,包括平衡吸附、静态吸附与解吸,同时研究了不同溶剂对该树脂吸附性能的影响。综合比较发现,当用乙醇做溶剂时吸附性能最好,解吸时用水做洗脱液最好,并且吸附数据表明芦丁在树脂上的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附方程。
The experimental macroporous resin mainly adipic acid chloride as raw material to a certain percentage of pyridine and 1,4-dioxane mixed solution as a composite oxidant in a homogeneous solution of cellulose by adding a certain percentage The mixed solution of cyclohexane and paraffin is made by porogen. Among them, the cellulose is a polymerized monomer, adipyl chloride is a cross-linking agent, and they cross-link and polymerize to form a porous skeleton structure of a macroporous adsorption resin, which is a kind of cross-linked polymer containing ion exchange groups. The synthesized macroporous resin was characterized by FTIR and the pore structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the new macroporous resin was synthesized. Adsorption properties of glycosides, including equilibrium adsorption, static adsorption and desorption, were investigated using rutin as adsorbate. The effects of different solvents on the adsorption properties of the resins were also studied. Comprehensive comparison found that when using ethanol as solvent, the best adsorption performance, desorption of water as the best eluent, and adsorption data show that adsorption of rutin in the resin in line with Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation.
