去年九月间,由美国国家科学基金会与IEEE控制系统学会(CSS)共同发起,召开了一次控制界的“高峰会议”,由美国控制界最著名的五十余位专家学者参加,会议目的是讨论控制科学的发展及当前面临的问题。经过集体讨论,写成一份报告,题为“对控制的挑战”。笔者有机会看到了这份材料,现仅作一梗概介绍。有兴趣的读者,请注意该文件在国外期刊上的正式发表。
