目的分析2016-2017年度安庆市流感监测结果,掌握本地流行特征,为流感防治工作提供依据。方法登录国家流感监测系统,对2016-2017年度安庆市ILI数据、病原学检测数据、聚集性疫情数据进行统计学分析。结果2016-2017年度安庆市ILI%为4.24%,ILI集中在15岁以下年龄组,占61.68%。核酸检测阳性率为12.62%,除2016年7月份外,每月均检出病毒阳性,其中2016年11月份阳性率最高,为35.33%;阳性标本中,季H3亚型占70.65%(207份),BV亚型占22.87%(67份);不同性别间阳性率差异无统计学意义(X~2=1.60,P>0.05),不同年龄组间阳性率差异有统计学意义(X~2=61.21,P<0.05)。对阳性标本,使用MDCK细胞分离法,分离出流感毒株95株,使用鸡胚培养法,培养出毒株2株。结论 2016-2017年度安庆市流感活动高峰在4月份和11月份,夏季高峰出现后移现象;以季H3和BV亚型交替流行为主;15岁以下人群为发病重点人群。
Objective To analyze the influenza surveillance results of Anqing City in 2016-2017 and to grasp the characteristics of local epidemics so as to provide basis for prevention and treatment of influenza. Methods Log in to the National Influenza Surveillance System, and make statistical analysis on the ILI data, the etiological detection data and the aggregated epidemic data of Anqing City in 2016-2017. Results In 2016-2017, the ILI% in Anqing was 4.24%. The ILI was concentrated in the age group of under 15, accounting for 61.68%. The positive rate of nucleic acid detection was 12.62%. The virus positive was detected every month except July 2016, with the highest positive rate of 35.33% in November 2016 and the positive rate of seasonal H3 subtype accounting for 70.65% (207 ), BV subtypes accounted for 22.87% (67). There was no significant difference in the positive rates among different sexes (X ~ 2 = 1.60, P> 0.05) = 61.21, P <0.05). For positive specimens, 95 strains of influenza virus were isolated using the MDCK cell isolation method and 2 strains were cultured using the chicken embryo culture method. Conclusion The peak of influenza activity in Anqing City in 2016-2017 was postponed in April and November. The seasonal peak of summer H3 and BV subtype migrated predominantly, and those under 15 years of age were the most significant.
