为增加获得选择糖果鸢尾优良单株的机率,推进糖果鸢尾的育种进程,对其开花结实相关性状遗传进行分析,通过对亲本野鸢尾(Iris dichotoma)和射干(I.domestica),杂交后代群体F1和F2,回交群体BCIDos(F1作母本与射干回交)和BCIDis(野鸢尾作母本与F1回交)的单朵花开闭方式、时间、花葶分枝和整株开花量进行观察和测量;采收成熟的果实,测量不同群体种子的长、宽以及千粒重。结果表明:糖果鸢尾在花朵开闭时间、方式、花期、种子千粒重和种子外形方面分化大,尤其在F2代和BCIDos中。推测糖果鸢尾可以通过不断自交和与射干回交的方法获得更丰富的变异。
In order to increase the chances of obtaining excellent single plants for the selection of Iris indica and to promote the breeding process of Iris indica, the inheritance of the flowering and fruiting related traits was analyzed. The results showed that the sugar iris had great differentiation in flower opening and closing time, pattern, flowering period, seed weight and seed appearance, especially in F2 generation and BCIDos. Speculated that the candy iris can be selfing and backcrossing with injection method to obtain more abundant variation.
