作为国有企业纪检监察机关,在当前的市场经济快速发展中起着重要的作用。为党的政策贯彻落实提供坚强有力的政治保证是我们不可推卸的责任。笔者结合自己的工作经历认为在市场经济中的国有企业监察机关应当更好的发挥自己的监督作用,保证企业的稳健经营,同时维护国家的财产安全。这就要求我们认清当前纪检工作开展中遇到的各种复杂问题,针对这些工作中遇到的问题要探索新的工作方法,健全各项规章制度从源头上防治腐败的发生。
As a discipline inspection and supervision organ of state-owned enterprises, it plays an important role in the current rapid development of market economy. It is our unshirkable responsibility to provide a strong and potent political guarantee for the implementation of our party’s policies. Based on my own working experience, the author thinks that the supervisory organs of state-owned enterprises in a market economy should play their supervisory role better to ensure the steady operation of the enterprise and at the same time safeguard the property security of the country. This requires that we understand clearly the various complicated problems encountered in the ongoing discipline inspection work, explore new ways of working in response to the problems encountered in these tasks, and improve the rules and regulations to prevent and control corruption at the source.
