马克思主义认为,人们的思想和行为都同一定的物质利益相关。事实说明,职工中形形色色的思想问题,多数是由具体利益引发的。实践中,企业思想政治工作面临最经常、最大量的内容,是引导、调节、处理职工中各种各样的利益关系。由此观之,思想政治工作不在于是否“讲利”,而在于如何“讲利”,如何把各种各样的利益关系讲好、处理好。 一、坚持“人民利益标准”,切实帮助广大职工解决物质利益上的问题,不断改善和提高职工的生活水平
