高职高专学生由于理工科专业偏重,人文类的知识积淀不深,缺乏发散性的人文思维。2015版《思想道德修养与法律基础》在原有基础上法律模块变动很大,着重强调了法治观念的教育,法治体系的教育,法治思维的教育,法律权利和义务的教育。理论知识丰厚,对高职高专的学生理解颇难,针对这种情况,用经典的法律电影与法律教育相结合,提高了思想政治理论课的生动性,也达到了法律教育的实效性。
Due to the emphasis placed on science and engineering students, the accumulation of humanities knowledge is not deep, lack of divergent humanistic thinking. The 2015 version of “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis” has changed greatly on the basis of the original legal module, emphasizing the concept of rule of law education, the rule of law education, the rule of law education, legal rights and obligations of education. With rich theoretical knowledge, it is difficult for students in higher vocational colleges to understand. In view of this situation, the combination of classical legal film and legal education has improved the vividness of the course of ideological and political theory and also achieved substantial results in legal education.
