Eighteen male athletes were randomly divided into control group (Ⅰ) and experimental group (Ⅱ), and their anti-stress strength training was performed. Experimental group strength training at the same time, the subject quadriceps electrical stimulation. Before and after the experiment on the subjects were 60 ° / s, 240 ° / s isokinetic muscle torque test and FT% nondestructive determination. According to the test, the isokinetic extensor torque and FT% increased by 5.72%, 7.71% (P <0.01) and 2.50% (P> 0) in the control group at 60 ° / s and 240 ° / .05). The corresponding values in experimental group were 8.60%, 11.23% (P <0.01) and 8.90% (P <0.01) respectively. Between groups, there was significant difference between the isokinetic muscle torque and FT% growth at the two velocities. It shows that dynamic stimulation of muscle supplemented with electrical stimulation can effectively improve muscle strength and have a significant effect on skeletal muscle FT%.
