成人高等教育同普通高等教育存在本质的区别,其根本的教学思想观念就是终身性教育,注重学生的非学历教育,为社会不同行业的发展提供了充足的人才资源保障。在教育体制不断发生变化的现代化社会中,成人高等教育也面临着转型的任务,只有成功的变革成人高等教育体制,才能促进成人高等教育事业的可持续发展。本研究结合当前成人高等教育事业的发展现状,对转型时期存在的问题进行了分析和研究,并总结了针对性的应对策略,以期更好的指导成人高等教育转型工作的开展。
There are essential differences between adult higher education and ordinary higher education. The fundamental teaching idea is lifelong education, paying attention to non-diploma education for students and providing adequate human resources guarantee for the development of different industries in society. In the modernized society whose educational system is constantly changing, adult higher education is also faced with the task of transformation. Only by successfully reforming the adult higher education system can we promote the sustainable development of adult higher education. Based on the current development of adult higher education in our country, this study analyzes and researches the existing problems during the transition and summarizes the corresponding strategies to guide the transformation of adult higher education.
