针对已有防洪调度系统存在的问题,结合国家防汛抗旱指挥系统二期工程建设要求,提出了开发大型流域复杂防洪决策支持系统的调度体系构建技术,根据水库群上下游关系建立树形结构模型,通过合理的属性设置和存储结构实现调度体系的可扩展,设计开发可视化界面实现调度体系的自动构建,并将其应用于松辽流域防洪调度系统中。结果表明,通过树形结构模型构建的调度体系,不仅有效缩短了系统的开发周期,还增强了系统的可扩展性和可维护性,且使系统的生命周期得到大幅提升。
Aiming at the existing problems of flood control and dispatching system and combining with the construction requirements of the second phase of national flood control and drought relief command system, this paper puts forward the construction technology of dispatching system for developing complex flood control decision support system of large river basins, establishes tree structure model according to upstream and downstream of reservoir group, Through the reasonable property setting and storage structure to achieve the scalability of the scheduling system, the visual interface is designed and developed to automatically build the scheduling system and apply it to the flood control and dispatching system in Songliao Basin. The results show that the scheduling system constructed by the tree structure model not only shortens the system development cycle, but also enhances the scalability and maintainability of the system and greatly improves the life cycle of the system.
