目的研究胃癌患者红细胞免疫功能与神经内分泌变化的相关性。方法采用花环法检测了22例胃癌患者手术前后及20例正常体检者的红细胞免疫粘附功能,同时采用放免法测定其血浆β-内啡肽的水平,并探讨它们之间的相互关系。结果胃癌患者β-内啡肽水平较正常组显著升高,血浆β-内啡肽水平与肿瘤红细胞花环率、红细胞G_3b受体花环率呈显著负相关。结论胃癌患者红细胞免疫功能可能受神经内分泌系统的调控,且与血浆β-内啡肽的水平呈显著负相关,β-内啡肽对红细胞免疫功能可能起抑制作用。
Objective To study the correlation between erythrocyte immune function and neuroendocrine changes in patients with gastric cancer. Methods The rosette was used to detect the immune function of erythrocytes in 22 cases of gastric cancer before and after operation and 20 cases of normal subjects. Meanwhile, the level of β-endorphin in plasma was detected by radioimmunoassay and the relationship between them was explored. Results The level of β-endorphin in gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the normal group. The level of β-endorphin in plasma was negatively correlated with the rate of erythrocyte rosette and G_3b rosette of erythrocytes. Conclusion Erythrocyte immune function in gastric cancer patients may be regulated by neuroendocrine system, and it has a significant negative correlation with plasma β-endorphin level. Β-endorphin may have an inhibitory effect on erythrocyte immune function.
