业主,个人都有什么权? 由于房屋是不动产,且与周围环境密不可分,而且还要与别人共用生活设施与空间,因此业主享有的权利与其它商品有很大不同。业主主要拥有以下几项权利: 1.对楼房专用部分享有的专有所有权。所谓“专有部分”,简单地说就是业主自己单独享有的或者说私人享有的那一部分,即一个单元户门以内的空间。
