设计一个小球滚动控制系统,使小球在光滑的导轨上实现一些特定要求。主要分为步进电机、电子指南针、光电传感器、ARM开发板、液晶显示等模块。整体设计利用ARM系统控制步进电机来调整导轨的角度,从而控制小球在导轨上运动,光电传感器来检测小球所在位置,电子指南针来控制导轨的水平,通过液晶显示系统信息,最后附加了一个微动开关,在系统故障时保护步进电机。
Design a ball rolling control system to make the ball meet some specific requirements on a smooth rail. Mainly divided into stepper motor, electronic compass, photoelectric sensor, ARM development board, LCD module. The overall design uses the ARM system to control the stepping motor to adjust the angle of the guide rail so as to control the movement of the ball on the guide rail. The photoelectric sensor detects the position of the ball. The electronic compass controls the level of the guide rail and displays the system information through the liquid crystal display. Finally, A microswitch protects the stepper motor in the event of system failure.
