根据上饶专署本月五日的报告,今年该区公粮,不仅在时间上提早完成了,而且很胜利的超额完成了任务,兹将其工作经过简要介绍如一、一般情况(1)上饶专区农业税征收工作是根据土改区与未土改区的两种税法进行的。全区计九县一市现有七十八个区,九百六十二个乡,已土改的有四百九十八个乡,未土改的四百六十四个乡。为使今年农业税征收工作作得好,该区先作了下列准备工作:
