云南是典型的投资拉动型经济,自1998年实行积极的财政政策以来,国债投资促进了云南的经济社会发展。分析云南国债投资的背景,旨在全面总结1998～2002年云南国债投资的总体状况及其经济、社会和生态效益。
Yunnan is a typical investment-led economy. Since the proactive fiscal policy was implemented in 1998, the investment in government bonds has promoted the economic and social development in Yunnan. This paper analyzes the background of Yunnan government debt investment and aims to comprehensively summarize the overall state of Yunnan government debt investment and its economic, social and ecological benefits from 1998 to 2002.
