目的探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(urokinase plasminogen activator receptor,uPAR)对子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMT)发生发展的作用。方法应用免疫组化方法检测uPAR蛋白在40例EMT患者异位内膜及在位内膜,30例正常子宫内膜的表达。结果 uPAR蛋白主要定位于细胞浆,在异位内膜、在位内膜、对照组内膜腺上皮细胞及间质细胞均表达,且在血管内皮细胞呈阳性表达。uPAR蛋白在异位内膜、在位内膜及对照组内膜表达腺上皮细胞高于间质细胞(P<0.05),在腺上皮细胞表达异位内膜高于在位内膜及对照组内膜(P<0.05)。uPAR蛋白在异位内膜Ⅰ~Ⅱ期与Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的表达比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 uPAR在异位内膜腺上皮细胞高表达可能促使其转移、粘附、侵袭、生长,导致EMT的发生发展;uPAR的作用研究对EMT的临床治疗有一定的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) on the development of endometriosis (EMT). Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of uPAR protein in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of 40 EMT patients and 30 normal endometrium. Results The uPAR protein mainly localized in the cytoplasm. The eutopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium, endometrial glandular epithelial cells and interstitial cells in the control group were all expressed and expressed in the vascular endothelial cells. The expression of uPAR protein in eutopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and control group was higher than that in mesenchyme (P <0.05), while in eutopic endometrium was higher than that in eutopic endometrium and control group Intima (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in uPAR expression between stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ in ectopic endometrium (P> 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of uPAR in ectopic glandular epithelial cells may promote its metastasis, adhesion, invasion and growth, leading to the occurrence and development of EMT. The study of the role of uPAR in the clinical treatment of EMT may be of guiding significance.
