检查２７例３２眼青光眼小梁切除术前后的视觉诱发电位（ＶＥＰ），２９眼（占９０．６３％）术后Ｐ２波潜伏期由１０８．３４±１７．４４ｍｓ缩短至１０１．１３±１４．７９ｍｓ（Ｐ＜０．００１），表明视功能明显改善，术后ＶＥＰ的改善同眼底Ｃ／Ｄ比值呈正相关。ＶＥＰ可作为临床随访和评价视神经功能的敏感指标
The visual evoked potentials (VEPs) of 27 eyes (27 eyes) (32 eyes) with glaucoma were examined before and after trabeculectomy. The latency of P2 wave after the operation was shortened from 108.34 ± 17.44 ms to 101.13 ± 14 after 29 eyes (90.63%). 79ms (P <0.001), indicating that visual function improved significantly, postoperative improvement of VEP and fundus C / D ratio was positively correlated. VEP can be used as a sensitive indicator of clinical follow-up and evaluation of optic nerve function
