虽然一些学者认为3PL服务能力会对供应链整合产生影响,但目前少有实证对此进行检验。本文基于218份制造企业的调查数据,利用结构方程模型方法,构建了3PL服务能力、供应链整合和企业运营绩效之间关系的概念模型,并验证三者之间的关系。研究结果表明:内部整合对供应商整合与客户整合均有显著的正向影响;3PL服务能力对外包企业的供应链整合也具有显著的正向影响,且3PL的增值能力对外包企业的内部整合、客户整合的影响均比基本能力对它们的影响要大得多;同时结果还显示,供应链整合的三个维度对企业运营绩效也具有显著的正向影响。本研究的理论及结果为我国企业实施供应链管理提供了理论指导与依据。
Although some scholars believe that the 3PL service capabilities will have an impact on supply chain integration, there are few empirical tests to date. Based on the survey data of 218 manufacturing enterprises, this paper constructs a conceptual model of the relationship between 3PL service capabilities, supply chain integration and business performance using the structural equation modeling method and verifies the relationship among the three. The results show that: internal integration has a significant positive impact on supplier integration and customer integration; 3PL service capability also has a significant positive impact on supply chain integration of outsourcing enterprises, and the value-added capabilities of 3PL to the internal integration of outsourcing enterprises , The effect of customer integration is much greater than the impact of basic capabilities on them; the results also show that the three dimensions of supply chain integration also have a significant positive impact on business performance. The theory and results of this study provide theoretical guidance and basis for Chinese enterprises to implement supply chain management.
