局限于尾状核头未破入侧脑室的脑内出血极少见,国内尚未见报道。现将我院经CT扫描证实的1例患者报道于下。 病例资料 患者,女,39岁,住院号:0435605。因突然头痛、呕吐8天于1986年5月26日入院。患者病前有高血压病史18年。入院前8天清晨,无明显诱因突感左顶枕部持续性剧裂胀痛,测BP:150/120mmHg。服降压药头痛不缓解,静脉滴注20％甘露醇后症状减轻。入院前5天症状加重,出现恶心和非喷射性呕吐。入院前2天颅脑CT扫描显示左侧尾状核头
