应用电极法代替繁琐冗长的蒸馏滴定法测定土壤全氮量,国内外已有不少报导.我们通过二年多实验,对其分析技术,测定条件,操作手续以及样品消煮方式等,进行了选择和改进.设计了远红外消煮炉消化样品,半自动精密加液装置添加试液,提出了升温测试加快电极响应简化操作手续,编制了《△E·S值与土壤全氮含量对照表》简化标准添加法的计算.从而,构成了氨电极测定土壤全氮量的快速系列化操作法.该法快速准确,节电省水,节省试剂,操作简捷,适合批量分析.为进一步考证本方法的准确度、精密度及经济效果,经我省九个单位联合应用试验,得到满意结果.目前该法已在省内外130多个单位应用.
