冲天炉底焦燃烧过热效果的优劣是决定出炉铁水温度的重要因素,也是炉型设计和确定操作工艺参数的重要依据。本研究将冲天炉的炉况检测由传统的一维扩展至三维,更加全面和客观地反映了底焦的实际燃烧状态。利用计算机图形学技术,把繁杂的试验结果用三维立体温度场任意纵截面和横断面温度场的形式直观地表示出来。用过热区和过冷区面积取代传统的过热度对两排普通风口和两排插入式风口冲天炉的过热效果进行了更为全面客观的对比分析。
Cupola bottom coke burning overheating effect is to determine the merits of hot metal temperature is an important factor in the furnace design and determine the operating parameters of an important basis. In this study, the furnace condition of the cupola was extended from the traditional one-dimensional to three-dimensional, which reflected the actual burning state of the bottom coke more completely and objectively. The use of computer graphics technology, the complicated test results using three-dimensional temperature field of any longitudinal section and cross-sectional temperature field in the form of intuitively expressed. Overheating and overcooling area area to replace the traditional degree of superheat on two rows of ordinary tuyere and two rows of plug-in tuyere overheating effect conducted a more comprehensive and objective comparative analysis.
