针对高水基液压凿岩机的冲击过程,建立了高水基液压凿岩机实体模型,通过ANSYS对缸套进行了静力学分析,并利用ADAMS对凿岩机进行了动态性能分析,所得结论对于高水基液压凿岩机的合理设计、整机设计的稳定性等具有重要的指导意义。
Aiming at the impact process of high water-based hydraulic rock drill, the solid model of high water-based hydraulic rock drill was established. The static analysis of the liner was carried out by ANSYS. The dynamic performance of the rock drill was analyzed by ADAMS. The stability of the design has an important guiding significance.
