深圳赛格广场工程采用大直径人工挖孔端承桩,桩端持力层为微风化花岗岩,桩基沉降主要为桩身的弹性变形,不必计算基础的沉降。深基坑支护采用地下连续墙和沿墙的周边框架及其楼面共同形成组合结构承担外力,内筒采用正作法,内外筒之间采用逆作法施工。实测基础沉降值小而稳定,并与理论计算值十分接近。
The project of Shenzhen SEG Plaza adopts large-diameter artificial digging-end bearing pile, and the bearing layer at the pile end is micro-weathered granite. The settlement of pile foundation is mainly the elastic deformation of the pile body, and it is not necessary to calculate the foundation settlement. The measured foundation settlement value is small and stable, and is close to the theoretical calculation value.
