本文通过对社会再生产理论的简要综述,揭示了它对国民经济各部门及其内部协调发展的内在比例要求,以及对宏观财政政策在调整各类结构比例关系上的指导意义。并重点分析了在社会再生产理论指导下财政政策在调整国民收入积累与消费比例关系、国民经济三次产业结构关系方面的重要作用。
Through a brief review of the theory of social reproduction, this article reveals its inherent requirement for the coordinated development of various branches of the national economy and its internal coordination as well as the guiding significance of macro-fiscal policies in adjusting the proportion of various types of structures. And analyzes the important role of fiscal policy in adjusting the relationship between the ratio of national income accumulation and consumption and the relationship between the tertiary industries in the national economy under the guidance of social reproduction theory.
