辽宁省作为建国以来的传统的重工业大省,抓住了国家振兴东北老工业基地的东风,以“五点一线”为布局,促进经济又快又好的发展,但是我们清晰的看到钢铁行业作为辽宁省一直以来的支柱产业仍然在辽宁的经济发展中的比重不可缺少,因此,如何在低碳经济的背景下发展钢铁行业是辽宁省经济发展的重要课题。本文从低碳经济的背景出发,阐述辽宁省钢铁行业的发展现状,同时借用SWOT的方法分析辽宁省钢铁行业。
As a traditional heavy industry province since the founding of the People’s Republic, Liaoning Province seized the east wind of rejuvenating the northeast old industrial base and laid out a “five-in-one line” to promote the rapid and sound economic development.
