后巷中心幼儿园是一所乡镇中心幼儿园,位于丹阳市经济重镇——丹北镇。我园既肩负培养新一代后巷人的使命,又承担外来民工子弟教育“托底”任务,一园两区,规模较大,目前更面临建设全新现代化新园区的重任。目标多元化、任务复杂化、生源多样化成为本园显著特点。幼儿园要发展,根本在于教师队伍建设。要注重教师的育人情怀、保教技能、管理水平等专业化发展。只有发展教师、提升教师才能发展后幼、做强后幼,这已经成为我们全园教职员工的共识。
Back Lane Center Kindergarten is a township kindergarten, located in the economic town of Danyang City - Danbei Town. Our park shoulders the task of cultivating a new generation of back alley and shoulders the task of educating the migrant workers’ children.
