隐性课程作为非正式课程,对学生发展具有潜移默化的作用,尤其表现在非知识层面的内容。高职教育不同于普通教育,更加突出实践操作技能方面的培养,隐性课程对其影响也会在这方面得到加强。明确隐性课程对高职学生发展的重要性,有序引导建立适合高职教育的隐性课程体系,促进高职教育更有内涵性。
Hidden curriculum as an informal curriculum, has an imperceptible role in student development, especially in non-knowledge content. Higher vocational education is different from general education, more emphasis on practical skills training, the impact of hidden courses will be strengthened in this regard. The importance of implicit courses to the development of higher vocational students is clarified, and the implicit curriculum system suitable for higher vocational education is guided in an orderly manner to promote higher vocational education more connotative.
