电信:中国同意提前2年开放移动电话市场。进入WTO后将允许外商拥有25％的股权,3年后将提高到49％。中国允许外商跨城市经营移动电话业务,不限制外商在中国任何城市的电信营运活动,并将开放电信线路租赁服务市场。
Telecom: China Agrees to Open the Mobile Phone Market 2 Years in advance. After entering the WTO, foreign investors will be allowed 25% of the shares and will increase to 49% in three years. China allows foreign-owned cities to operate mobile-phone services without restricting the foreign-related telecom operations in any city in China and will open up the telecommunications lines to the rental service market.
