[目的]探讨蓝靛果乙酸乙酯萃取物(Ethyl acetate extraction of Lonicera caerulea L.Var.edulis Turcz.Ex Herd.EELC)对高血脂Wistar大鼠的降血脂作用及其作用机制。[方法]制备高脂大鼠模型。用不同浓度的EELC灌胃给大鼠,连续灌胃28d,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。[结果]EELC能降低TC、LDL-C、TG含量,并能提高HDL-C含量;上调血清中SOD含量、降低血清中MDA含量。[结论]EELC对高血脂大鼠有明显的降血脂作用和显著改善体内抗氧化能力。
[Objective] To investigate the hypolipidemic effect and its mechanism of Ethyl acetate extraction of Lonicera caerulea L.Var.edulis Turcz.Ex Herd.EELC on hyperlipemia Wistar rats. [Method] A rat model of hyperlipidemia was prepared. The rats were administered with different concentrations of EELC and were given gavage continuously for 28 days. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein C), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) content. [Result] EELC can reduce the contents of TC, LDL-C and TG, increase the content of HDL-C, increase the content of SOD in serum and decrease the content of MDA in serum. [Conclusion] EELC has obvious hypolipidemic effect on hyperlipidemic rats and significantly improves the anti-oxidative capacity in vivo.
