目前,上海生产资料市场很不完善,物资供求的矛盾十分尖锐,这种状况严重制约了上海经济的发展。因此,如何适应改革的要求,尽快组织一个完善的生产资料市场,是当前亟待解决的问题。
At present, the market for the means of production in Shanghai is imperfect and the contradiction between the supply and demand of materials is very acute. This situation has seriously hampered the economic development of Shanghai. Therefore, how to adapt to the requirements of the reform and to organize a sound market for means of production as soon as possible is the immediate issue to be solved.
