为动态评价在西部大开发、中国—东盟合作及“一带一路”等多个国家战略叠加下广西生态经济系统的发展趋势以及可持续性,文章在应用能值分析方法与指标体系基础上,结合K-均值聚类分析,以广西2004—2014年统计数据为依据,测算出期间各年度主要能量流、经济流及各子系统评价指标。广西应利用水能资源优势开发电力,不断加大对外开放的力度,增加对东盟国家输入资源的利用,在产业发展与承接东部产业转接中主力发展循环经济,注重保护和改善生态环境,实现人与自然的和谐共生。
In order to dynamically evaluate the development trend and sustainability of eco-economic system in Guangxi under the superposition of the western development, China-ASEAN cooperation and the Belt and Road initiative, the paper based on the method and index system , Combined with K-means clustering analysis, based on the statistical data of Guangxi from 2004 to 2014, the main energy flow, economic flow and evaluation index of each subsystem during each period were calculated. Guangxi should make full use of the advantages of hydropower resources to develop electric power and continuously increase its efforts to open up to the outside world so as to increase the utilization of input resources in ASEAN countries and focus on the development of circular economy in industrial development and the undertaking of industrial transfer in the eastern part of the country, focusing on the protection and improvement of the ecological environment, Harmonious human and natural symbiosis.
