郑锦,女,主任医师,研究员,上海市卫生局副局长。1968年出生,1991年加入中国共产党。主任医师、卫生管理研究员,1992年上海中医药大学中医专业毕业,进入附属龙华医院从事中医妇科的临床科研教学工作。1997年任医院团委书记,1998年中医妇科硕士研究生毕业,师从上海中医妇科名家李祥云教授和王大增教授,同期任医院人事处处长。2000年任
