拉深工序是冷冲压工艺的一个常见的工序之一,在企业中应用非常广泛。在我们中职教学中,拉深模具的调试和试模是模具制造技术专业实训课程中的必不可少的内容。在试模调试中,如何通过产品质量的分析,准确地找出拉深模具的存在问题,然后选择有效的解决措施,对该拉深模具进行调整和修复,从而保证产品的质量,延长模具的使用寿命,提高生产效率,具有极其重要的意义。我们通过多年的实训经验总结,分析常见的拉深质量问题,并总结出相应的解决措施,帮助学生更好地学习本实训课程的内容。
Deep drawing process is one of the common processes of cold stamping process, which is widely used in enterprises. In our secondary vocational education, deep drawing die debugging and test mode is an essential part of the mold manufacturing technology professional training course. In the trial mode debugging, how to accurately find out the existing problems of the deep drawing die through the analysis of the product quality, and then select the effective solution measures to adjust and repair the deep drawing die so as to ensure the quality of the product and prolong the production of the die Service life, improve production efficiency, has extremely important significance. Through years of training and experience, we analyze the common quality problems of drawing and summarize the corresponding solutions to help students better understand the content of this training course.
