目的 探讨健康人发光二极管 (lightemittingdiode ,LED)诱发的视诱发电位 (flashedvisualevokedpotentials,F VEP)的特点及在鞍区肿瘤术中监护应用价值。方法 采用全视野LED眼罩式刺激器获得F VEP。结果 30名健康人F VEP波幅大、易记录。对 2 1例鞍区肿瘤进行了检测 ,发现术前不同视力、视野之间与F VEP的类型密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。术中发现F VEP术中监护有一定的指导作用 ,但麻醉用药对F VEP影响较大。结论 F VEP鞍区肿瘤术中监护有助于了解视神经的功能状态 ,但受麻醉药的影响较大
Objective To investigate the characteristics of flapshed visual tract potential (F VEP) induced by healthy human light emitting diode (LED) and the value of its monitoring in sellar tumors. Methods Full-field LED eye mask stimulators were used to obtain F VEP. Results F VEP of 30 healthy people was large and easy to record. Twenty-one cases of sellar tumors were examined and found that the preoperative visual acuity and visual field were closely related to the type of F VEP (P <0.01). F VEP intraoperative monitoring found that there is a guiding role, but narcotic drugs F VEP greater impact. Conclusion F VEP sellar tumor intraoperative monitoring helps to understand the functional status of the optic nerve, but the greater impact of narcotic drugs
