The problem of robust quadratic optimal control of linear uncertain systems is discussed by using a combination of time-domain and frequency-domain methods. The concept of robust quadratic optimization of linear uncertain systems is proposed and its properties are proved. A robust Hysteresis equation, elaborated the robust quadratic optimal control system analysis and synthesis method; finally gives the engineering application design example
