在Cr12钢基体上用PCVD法沉积TiN涂层后,再进行热处理强化基体的研究。结果表明,热处理后,PCVDTiN涂层的显微硬度略有提高。X射线衍射分析表明,经过热处理后,PCVDTiN涂层的晶体结构更趋于完整,其晶面间距也更接近或达到TiN晶面间距的标准值。同时,PCVDTiN涂层的致密性有所增加,其(200)晶面织构有所增强。而且,经过热处理后PCVDTiN涂层与基体结合良好。
After TiN coating was deposited on Cr12 steel substrate by PCVD method, the heat treatment was used to strengthen the substrate. The results show that the microhardness of PCVD-TiN coatings slightly increases after heat treatment. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that after heat treatment, the crystal structure of PCVD-TiN coating tends to be more complete, and its interplanar spacing is closer to or reaches the standard value of TiN interplanar spacing. At the same time, the compactness of PCVD-TiN coatings has been increased, and the (200) crystal texture has been enhanced. Moreover, after heat treatment PCVD TiN coating and substrate well.
