肾嫌色细胞癌5例报道

目的:探讨肾嫌色细胞癌临床病理特点和诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析5例肾嫌色细胞癌患者临床资料,复习文献并进行讨论。结果:4例行肾癌根治术,1例行肾脏肿物摘除术,术后病理证实为肾嫌色细胞癌。病理分期:pT1N0M03例,pT2N0M01例,pT4N0M01例。病理分级:G12例,G21例,G32例。随访1~13个月,5例均无瘤存活。结论:肾嫌色细胞癌是一种低度恶性的肾细胞癌,确诊有赖于典型病理表现,辅以影像学检查,治疗以手术为主,预后较好。 Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features and diagnosis and treatment of chromophobe renal cell carcinoma. Methods: The clinical data of 5 patients with chromophobe renal cell carcinoma were retrospectively reviewed, reviewed and discussed. Results: Four cases of radical nephrectomy and one case of nephrouretelectomy were performed. Pathological examination confirmed renal cell carcinoma. Pathological staging: pT1N0M03 cases, pT2N0M01 cases, pT4N0M01 cases. Pathological grade: G12 cases, G21 cases, G32 cases. All the patients were followed up for 1 ~ 13 months. No tumor survived in 5 cases. Conclusion: Kidney chromophobe cell carcinoma is a kind of low-grade renal cell carcinoma. The diagnosis depends on the typical pathological manifestations, which is complemented by imaging examination. The treatment is mainly surgery, and the prognosis is good.
