采用溶剂热法合成了锐钛矿TiO_2纳米结构,研究乙醇、乙二醇和丙三醇对TiO_2形貌和光催化性能的影响.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、紫外可见近红外分光光度计(UV-Vis)等对此TiO_2样品进行表征.结果表明:随着黏度的增加,TiO_2的形貌由纳米片到纳米棒最后形成纳米颗粒;在乙醇溶液中合成的TiO_2纳米片表现出优异的光催化性能,这是由于UV光具有粒子性,光的多次反弹使得样品具有高的紫外吸收所致.
The anatase TiO 2 nanostructures were synthesized by solvothermal method, and the effects of ethanol, ethylene glycol and glycerol on the morphology and photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) (Raman), UV-Vis spectrophotometer (UV-Vis) and so on.The results show that with the increase of viscosity, the morphology of TiO_2 from nanosheets to nanorods finally form nano-particles; in the The TiO 2 nanosheets synthesized in ethanol solution show excellent photocatalytic activity due to the particle size of UV light and the repeated rebound of light resulting in the high UV absorption of the sample.
