1,4,5三磷酸肌醇受体是存在于内质网、肌浆网及核膜上的一种配体门控Ca2~(2+)释放通道蛋白,精确地调控胞浆内Ca~(2+)浓度的变化,从而通过钙信号对细胞内许多生理过程如细胞分裂、增殖、生长、凋亡、功能发挥调节作用。人类近期应用激光共聚焦显微镜、放射配基受体等实验对IP_3R的结构、功能及其调节因素进行了研究,表明其在多种心血管疾病的病理生理机制中发挥了重要作用。
1,4,5 - inositol 1,4,5 - trisphosphate receptor is present in the endoplasmic reticulum, sarcoplasmic reticulum and nuclear membrane of a ligand - gated Ca2 ~ (2 +) release channel protein, precise control of cytoplasmic Ca ~ (2+) concentration changes, which through the calcium signal on many physiological processes such as cell division, proliferation, growth, apoptosis, function play a regulatory role. Recent researches on the structure, function and regulatory factors of IP_3R have been carried out by using laser confocal microscopy and radioligand receptors, indicating that IP_3R plays an important role in the pathophysiological mechanisms of many cardiovascular diseases.
