1995～1996年笔者参加了延吉市郊区在塑料大棚短本段装袋覆土畦栽灵芝的试验,连年取得了高产优质的效果.现将栽培技术简介如下:1 栽培时间 延吉市位于吉林省东南部,根据灵芝的生物学特性,最好在夏季栽培,最适栽期是5～9月.2 木段的选择 以硬质阔叶树种为好,本地都用柞木.木段直径8～12cm,长10～12cm.在“三九”时采伐,接种前1周左右截断水段,含水量以38%～45%最适宜.
