五、发展方向定位党的“十七大”报告第七部分“推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣”中第三条指出,要弘扬中华文化,要全面认识祖国传统文化,取其精华,去其糟粕,使之与当代社会相适应,与现代文明相协调,保持民族性,体现时代性。第四条也指明,推进文化创新,增强文化发展活力。在时代的高起点上推动文化内容形式、体制机制、传播手段创新,解放和发展文化生产力,是繁荣文化的必由之
V.
