数控机床采用电报机头做输入机,纸带反复使用后,中导孔很容易损坏。多台数控机床加工同一种工件时,亦须几条相同的纸带。如何简便易行复制纸带呢? 经分析,增加很少的元件在“CKJ-2型五单位穿孔机”(上海红宇电子设备厂生产)上实现复孔是容易的。经装置试用,证明是可行的,性能可靠,使用方便,速度快。每分钟可复制五十个程序左右,不但节省了时间也给工作带来了不少方便.现介绍给同志们。CKJ-2型穿孔机具体情况请参阅该机说明书。
