中国页岩气发展到现阶段,必须从国家层面进行顶层设计和全面推动。10月12~14日,ECF国际页岩气论坛在上海举办。记者获悉,目前我国已成为全球除北美地区外,唯一成功实现页岩气商业开发的国家。我国页岩气发展前景广阔,但因缺乏全局性的管理机构、发展规划与政策引导,行业内仍存在监管规范缺失、企业圈而不采等多重问题,市场的全面开启,仍待顶层政策指引。
