现在,MPV和SUV逐渐成为家庭购车趋势,而严苛的排放政策和环境问题日益显现,在这样看似“矛盾”的形势之下,也许新能源纯电动小型轿跑就是未来中国家庭需要添置“第二辆车”时的首要选择。现在,由上海瑞珑汽车科技股份有限公司和合肥工业大学新能源汽车工程研究院共同开发研制的天瑞Concept1纯电动轿跑已经完成了从简易模型到概念车的进化,并亮相于今年的上海车展。2014年12月,在安徽巢湖举办的新能源汽车与城市交通半汤论坛上,上海瑞珑汽车科技股份有限公司董事长王春海就天瑞Concept1这款电动轿跑的研发理念进行了演讲。2015年7月10日,《新建纯电动乘用车生产企业投资项目和生产准入管理规定》将正式实施,这或许是天瑞这样的电动车企业的机会。以下是《汽车商业评论》记者对此次演讲的整理,此处有删节。

July 10, 2015, “the new electric passenger car manufacturing enterprises investment projects and production access management requirements” will be officially implemented, which may be an opportunity for electric car companies like Tianrui.
