社会的发展与城市建设之间的联系愈发密切。现代化宜居城市建设需要坚持以人为本的原则,并开发更加适合现代人类宜居的环境。良好城市规划与社区的发展将会反作用于现代城市建设,带来国内经济的腾飞。为此,作者在本文中将结合自身多年从事该领域研究经验,并在对大量文献进行阅读与总结基础上,从以人为本角度出发,探讨现代城市规划和社区发展的有效途径。
The connection between social development and urban construction has become increasingly closer. Modern livable urban construction needs to adhere to the people-oriented principle and to develop an environment more suitable for modern humankind. Good urban planning and community development will be counterproductive in the construction of modern cities, bringing the domestic economy to take off. Therefore, in this article, the author will combine his many years of research experience in this field, and on the basis of reading and summarizing a large number of documents, from an anthropocentric perspective, to explore effective ways for modern urban planning and community development.
